“My husband Tom and I have had the joy of owning a second home in the Berkshires since 2002. We live full time in Boston. We had a home we had renovated and were in love with. We thought we would be there forever. That is until Cindy called and said she had a very special property she wanted us to see- and the rest is history. She sold our renovated home to buyers who cherish it as much as we did- and we could not be happier with our new country estate.”

— Client: Buyers and sellers from Boston

“Cindy knew what we wanted before we did! We thought we wanted wooded acreage with a stream and she hiked us all over the woods and brambles. Then she said ‘let me show you something’ and she walked us up a long open field , telling us not to turn around and look till we got to the top. When we did, our jaws dropped at the view and my partner burst into song “The hills are alive..” Needless to say, we pulled her For Sale sign out of the ground and our search was over”

— Client: Buyers from NYC/Hamptons

“Cindy- I don’t know if I have told you this yet, but if not, it is way overdue. I had worked with 2 other brokerages before I met you and I can’t say enough about how attentive and creative you are! You thought of strategies way outside of the box.”

— Client: Berkshires land seller

“I don’t know what we would have done without you! Trying to sell our house and get everything moved out when we are so far away would have been nearly impossible. You went way beyond finding movers, and estate item sales agents and orchestrating what was not an easy sale to begin with”

— Client: Seller from Washington
